At the Luau the Chief asked for all newlyweds, those celebrating their anniversaries and those that have been married for over 40 years.   The Chief then went down the line and asked each couple how long they have been married and the husband what was the secret to their marriage.  Ruth answered 43, although it was only 41 and Calvin answered "Happy Wife. Happy Life!"
Mei Li likes to pose for pictures.

Emily's and Neil celebrated their 10th Anniversary at Morimotos, which is where President Obama eats.  Fixed price multi course menu included foie gras and wagyu beef.  The cost of one of their dinners could have feed the entire family at most of the places we ate at.
